Ballew Parfum currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during high order volume or limited product releases.
Shipping is provided via USPS Ground or a comparable carrier. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Shipping within the United States is offered at a $10 flat rate.
Because fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as flammable goods and may ship using ground transportation in accordance with carrier safety regulations.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
